At Green Door, service matters most. We have been in the lettings industry for over 30 years combined and believe we fill the gap in the marketplace for a great, personable, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable agent.
We are lettings and property management specialists, based just outside of Hitchin, Hertfordshire. We let and manage properties in and surrounding the Hitchin area and strive to provide the best service to our landlords, whilst achieving the best price. Some of the main areas we cover as well as Hitchin are Baldock, Letchworth, and Stotfold. We also provide management services in and around London and the home counties to landlords as well as high street agents who outsource their services to us.

We are members of ARLA Propertymark which means we meet higher industry standards than the law demands. We undertake regular training to ensure we are up to date with best practices and complex legislative changes so that we can offer you the best advice. We worked with Jo on the move and it went smoothly. She always replied quickly and was in close communication with us and landlord throughout. I made two mistakes, firstly transferred the money to landlord instead of the agency and then provided expired passport in a rush at check in. These caused extra work for her, and she had to meet me on her holiday to sort that. She was very patient and always tried her best to make it convenient for us and never complained about the trouble caused by our mistake.
